By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. These terms may be updated periodically, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Your Room Wellness provides integrative mental health services, including individual therapy, group sessions, EMDR, trauma-informed yoga, sound bowl healing, red-light therapy, and practitioner space rental. Services are provided by licensed and credentialed professionals. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.

Appointments may be scheduled online, by phone, or by email. By booking, you agree to the following:

• Cancellations require at least 24 hours' advance notice
• Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged a cancellation fee
• Repeated no-shows may result in termination of scheduling privileges
• We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to therapist availability

Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements are made in advance. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as noted at booking. We are an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly; however, we can provide superbills upon request for potential reimbursement.

Your Room Wellness is not an emergency or crisis service. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency or are in immediate danger, please call 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline), 911, or go to your nearest emergency room. Our services are not a substitute for emergency care.

Telehealth sessions are conducted via secure, HIPAA-compliant video platforms. By scheduling a telehealth appointment, you confirm you are located in a state where our providers are licensed to practice. You are responsible for maintaining a private, suitable environment during sessions.

Practitioners renting space at Your Room are independent contractors, not employees. Your Room Wellness is not responsible for services provided by independent practitioners renting space in our facility. Separate rental agreements govern practitioner space use and are subject to their own terms.

All website content — including text, images, logos, design elements, and brand materials — is the property of Your Room Wellness and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Your Room Wellness shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our services are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will post the updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after updates are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
